Testimonials

“I found the workshops very inspiring. Not only have I learnt about different theories and reflected on which ones speak to us. But I have thought about what values are important to me and my family going forward with education. I also have come away with some really exciting ideas to start putting in place from nature tables to math muffin Mondays!”

“Your workshop was insightful. It was so nice to talk to actual people about the content…instead of just reading about it from a book or seeing tidbits on Instagram posts.”

“I found it helpful to reflect on my why. It has been a while since I have done so. I found the section on values very interesting as I have thought about it in a broad sense but not as in depth as was suggested. I also appreciated the examples which I found really helpful.”

“Lucy offered a friendly and welcoming space to learn and reflect on our home educating journey. It was beneficial to revisit educational philosophies and our family values and how these shape our approaches to home education and to think about any changes we can make along the way. I have learnt a lot from these sessions and it has had a really positive impact on our daily rhythm. It was wonderful to have the time to talk to other home educators too! Thank you Lucy.”

“We found this course really helpful for us as we explore pulling our children out of school to homeschool them. It’s such a huge jump and one that feels a little overwhelming. But the course was really helpful in just helping us get our heads around the different ways to homeschool and bring to life some ideas for what it could look like for our family practically. Lucy was great too and very helpful with our many questions.”
